Mufich AudioBench notes / Est. 2009

Copyright and Takedown Requests

What I write here is mine

Everything published on Mufich Audio, including the technical write-ups, bench notes and restoration logs, is my own work. I write it myself, I stand behind it, and I hold the rights to it. If you want to quote a paragraph or reference a measurement, ask first; a short excerpt with a clear link back is usually fine. Wholesale copying is not. I have watched enough schematics get passed around without credit to be firm about this.

If you believe a page here infringes your rights

Identify the exact URL on mufichaudio.com where the material appears. A general complaint about the site is not actionable; I need the specific page. State what you own and why you believe it is being used without permission, and include enough detail that I can find your original work and compare it against mine. Keep it factual and keep it focused on the one page.

What your notice needs to contain

Your full name and contact details. A description of the copyrighted work you hold rights to. The precise URL on this site that you object to. A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is unauthorised. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them. Your physical or electronic signature. I will not act on a notice missing these elements; this is not obstruction, it is how a valid claim should look.

What happens next

Send the notice through the contact page on this site and I will read it. Valid notices get acted on promptly, usually within a few days, because I would rather remove a questionable page than argue about it at length. If the claim is thin or obviously mistaken, I will say so and explain why, and I will not quietly delete my own writing on the strength of a vague assertion. If you are unsure how to reach me, the contact page is the only channel I monitor.
